Childcare Assistant

Salary:
$15/hr

Shift:

• Monday – Friday 7am- 12pm
• or 12:30pm- 5:30pm

Description:

Daycare by MiMi LLC is currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Childcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with infants and toddlers while providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in our care.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing attentive care for infants and young children
• Cleaning and sterilizing bottles, toys, and childcare equipment
• Changing diapers and maintaining proper sanitation practices
• Assisting with potty training routines and developmental milestones
• Supporting newborns through early walking stages with age-appropriate care and supervision
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and positive classroom environment
• Following daily schedules and childcare procedures established by the facility

We are looking for an individual who is patient, reliable, energetic, and committed to creating a loving and educational environment for every child.

Requirements:

• Must have CPR certification
• Must be 18 and older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must provide 3 references before interview
• Must have 2 years of experience working with newborns and toddlers.
