1.Daycare By MiMi Services start at $200 per week. The first payment is due on Friday at 8 A.M., before the client starts, and will be due every Friday moving forward. Parents can not pay daily. All deposits, fees and payments for any and all services rendered will be due on time in order for childcare service to be complete. All Credit and Debit cards are subject to a $3 fee. No Refunds.

2. Daycare hours are 6:30A.M. to 5:30P.M. Mon-Fri. Client Will be a NO-Show at 9 A.M. and will forfeit daycare services for that day. Clients MUST be picked up No later then 5:30P.M. Late pickup will result in a $50 late fee Due at pickup.

3. The client must wear and /or bring their change of clothes, diapers in a bookbag/Diaperbag with the client's name on it.. Clients are aware that clothes may be subject to staining and damage. This includes, but not limited to, paint, dirt, food, etc…ALL products provided by MiMi’s Daycare will be water proof and stain resistant. MiMi’s Daycare providers are not responsible for any damage to clothes worn by the client. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to dress toddlers in clothes that are paint friendly. Masks,aprons and eyewear are not required, but are recommended.

4. The Parent or Guardian of the client is responsible for informing the Daycare provider/assistant of any allergies. The client must have a yearly physical, doctor’s release form, MAB release for Daycare providers to administer medication (See Doctor release form). No over the counter medications will be given without a doctor’s prescription.. Clients must stay home if sick.

5. The client will not be served if he/she has a fever of 100 degrees or above. Please stay home if you are sick. Client/Parent,Guardian is still responsible for paying for the entire week

6. The client is responsible for any and all damage to the equipment caused by him/herself or their child(ren). Clients will not be serviced if there is an illicit act, intoxication, illegal drug use, sexual harassment or violence. The client will not be permitted to return to the Daycare until a full investigation is complete. Staff are not allowed to work without a mask on, gloves when feeding, changing client’s diapers, clothes etc….

7. The Parents,Guardian and client agrees not to pursue any and all false or legal actions against the person/ Daycare By MiMi/assistant or business of Daycare By MiMi, located at 7908 Hardy Ave., Raytown Mo., 64138.

8. Parent/Guardian is in agreement to their child(ren)’s picture, video, name and identity being used to promote any Daycare By MiMi marketing and update on social media platforms.

9. Clients/Parents/Guardians must give, and will be given, at least a 30 day notice of any scheduled vacations. The center will be closed on the following….

Christmas Day
Thanksgiving Day
New Years Day
July 4th
Mothers Day Week (5 Days)
Memorial Day
Labor Day
October 29th,30,& 31st (Wedding Anniversary)

10. Parents/Guardians are responsible for payment before the upcoming month, to ensure space is secured. Any dates exceeding 7days that are not paid are subject to termination of daycare service. Any unannounced daycare services exceeding 7 days due to family emergence, funeral or death on behalf of Daycare By MiMi will be covered by back-up staff or fees will be waived.
